Polled Brahman

 We are breeding towards an entirely polled herd, with fertility as our first priority followed by docility. We aim to produce feminine, moderate framed cows, with good length of body, wide hips and good udders. The cows need to be efficient producers and we will cull heavily against long inter calving periods. Every cow should be able to produce a bull or heifer calf worthy of registration every time, we do not intend to select from hundreds of cows. Our cows must be predictable, if they don’t produce a quality calf, they must go. We have no intention of creating a big stud herd, numbers is the goal for our commercial herd.
